The Sonic Index is the first self-proclaimed "Decentralized-Exchange Traded Fund". It is inspired by the ve3,3 system created by Andre Cronje and the Ohm protocol that inspired him. In these docs, we will explain the flywheel, its parts as well as novel parts of the smart contracts. But in short, its the ultimate lock and chill protocol. It also seeks to be an investment fund for protocols in the Sonic ecosystem.
