# Introduction

Only Memes Exchange is a decentralized exchange coming to the Sonic chain. It is based closely on  the Uniswap v2 architecture with some cool new features built to enhance the experience. The point of Only Memes is to make a safe haven for meme tokens to launch and grow. It seeks to give them a fairer deal than is otherwise on the market.
